About June Blackburn

I studied spiritual healing with the Ontario Healers Network and was the past President of the Haldimand Chapter of the OHN. It was during my studies in spiritual healing and my passion for animals led me to discover my ability to communicate with other species.

Although my first love is spiritual healing, I have studied many energy healing modalities like: Reiki, Quantum Touch, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique). I draw on all of these healing modalities as needed and guided during the healing communications.

In 2007 I obtained my Masters from the University Of Metaphysics and wrote my Thesis on Communicating With Animals. This led me to become an ordained  Minister (with full marriage rights, registered with the Ontario Government) through the Bancroft Spiritual Centre.

I incorporate the animals into my Ministry through animal communication and healing; as well as pet blessings; and prayers for pets.

Clearing and Blessing

Another integral part of my work is house clearings and blessings. If you have something happening in your home, office, or barn which you feel may be spirit related, please contact me.

Sadie – Golden Retriever – Teacher, Healer, Friend

I wish to honour Sadie, our golden retriever who passed away September 9, 2011 at the age of 13 1/2. She was a teacher, healer, friend and had such a love and passion for life. Thank you Sadie for the many years of joy you brought to us and many others.

Kali – Landseer Newfoundland – Companion, Protector, Dancer

I also wish to honour Kali, the black/white (landseer) newfoundland seen throughout this website. She passed on October 11, 2011 after a battle with lymphoma. She taught me so much about myself, was my constant companion, my protector and was learning to do freestyle dance with me before her passing.

Black and White Newfoundland

I started a journey into healing and animal communication in 2002 when our beloved newfoundland dog Bear was very sick. His love helped me to overcome a depressed state and, in turn, I wanted to do my best for him. He taught  me that there was much more to the bond between human and animals than meets the eye.

Once you have experienced a connection on a different level there is no turning back.Unfortunately he crossed over to the rainbow bridge at the young age of 4 but he has left me with a passion for helping others to better understand their animals, as well as the benefits of reconnecting with nature,  which have given me a whole new perspective on living life.

Every healer and communicator has their strengths in different areas. My area of expertise seems to be having insight into the physical body – also known as medical intuitive. I believe this is one of the teachings Bear has brought to me and I am forever grateful.
